Christopher Creek, Arizona

Christopher Creek is a mountain community located about an hour and a half to the North East of Phoenix, Arizona.  Located at an elevation of 5900 feet, the weather tends to be 15 to 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix.  It is a good idea to bring a sweater along, even in the summer months.  Once the sun goes down, the temperature tends to drop.  There is a possibility of snow in the winter months.

There are many campgrounds, fishing lakes / streams and walking / hiking trails in the area.  Woods Canyon lake, is one of the many lakes in the area that is great for a weekend get-away.   For camping information at Christopher Creek click on the following link:

There are many seasonal and permanent homes located along the shores of Christopher Creek.  Contact John Kline  @ RE/MAX Paradise Pines Realty for information on properties that are available in the area.

Several cabins are available in the area for that weekend stay.  There are several shopping opportunities in the area and a nice restaurant where you can enjoy the humming birds and listen to the wind blow through the tops of the tall pine trees.  With an occasional rain, there is nothing like the clean air smell of the pines.

If you have the opportunity, come on up and enjoy some peacefull time in the Cool Mountains of Arizona.  For up to date weather information and seasonal weather information click on the following link:
